Equinox is a spectacular fundraising event to support our mission to end homelessness in the Baltimore region.

A memorable evening is in store at the Baltimore Museum of Industry as we illuminate the waterfront while helping others find a pathway out of homelessness. Guests will enjoy amazing food, an open bar, and live music while spending time with others on the dance floor or enjoying games of chance. There will be a brilliant, candle-themed display and eclectic exhibits to explore, so don’t miss it! Funds raised support ending homelessness by benefiting St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore’s family shelters and housing programs.

Thank you to our sponsors!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The Cause

Help us bring an end to homelessness in the Baltimore region! Close to 4,000 men, women, and children experience homelessness in the Baltimore region on any given night. That’s 4,000 opportunities to change someone’s life! People experience homelessness for a variety of reasons. Periodic homelessness is often caused by loss of employment, sudden illness, domestic violence, or other crises. Longer term homelessness can often result from untreated mental health challenges, disabilities, and addiction.

As the largest provider of homeless services in the Baltimore area, St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore is leading the way towards achieving an end to homelessness in our community. We provide a pathway out of homelessness by offering a wide range of critical resources and support and by placing individuals and families in stable housing. Our programs employ best practices and have demonstrated success in not only re-housing people, but also keeping them housed – resulting in a better quality of life for those we serve and a stronger community.

Our services continued uninterrupted throughout the pandemic. But the economic impact of the pandemic has brought new challenges, with thousands of people now facing severe financial hardships and eviction. We are actively working to prevent more people from falling into homelessness, but we need your help to address this growing and urgent need!  By supporting Equinox, you can be part of the solution. Be the light you want to see!
